All items are FINAL SALE; we do not offer refunds, credit or exchanges on all payments. Please review all photos, videos and description carefully, all details presented are part of the whole item. We strongly encourage our clients to know all pertinent information regarding the product prior to purchasing. We can provide more information upon request. Please be informed in full before proceeding with your purchase. Products sold by us from all our selling platforms are bound by all these conditions.

Please note that all items we sell were previously owned; may be used or unused. All items we sell are handled for inspection, authentication and photography. Unless otherwise stated, these items may not be in flawless condition.

Please consult our list below on how we rate our product's condition. Please closely review all details and photos, more information/additional photos upon request.

We will not entertain any complaints of minuscule flaws. Any product, new or used, directly from the boutique or resale, will not be perfect if scrutinized to the smallest detail.

Sensitivity to smell varies from person to person. Some are more sensitive to smell, and others aren't. We will disclose any unpleasant smell if noticed.

Photos are taken with studio lighting, these photos and videos are unedited except for removing shadows, background etc. We do not make changes in the photos and video that will transfigure the product misleadingly. Colours and textures may look different in various lighting conditions, including computer and phone screens.

How we rate our products: 

Brand New/Flawless (10/10) Purchased from the boutique by the owner and was not used and carried. There are no visible flaws.

Unused (9.7-9.9/10). Like-new and unused. This may mean that it was bought by the owner; but have been kept unused for a certain period of time.

Almost New (9.5-9.6/10) This refers to items that are good as new. They may have been used a few times and may have very minor signs of wear if inspected very closely.

Excellent Condition A (9.2-9.4/10). Nearly new. These are slightly used items with no significantly visible flaws, but scratches and marks may be present if inspected very closely.

Excellent Condition B (9.1-9/10) These are slightly used items with no significantly visible flaws, but scratches and marks may be present but in less better condition compared to A.

Great Condition (8.7-8.9/10) Hardly noticeable signs of normal and gentle use and handling

Very Good Condition (8.5-8.6) Noticeable signs of normal but minimal use, no significant structural defect.

Good Condition (8.5- 8.2/10) These are fairly used items with some visible signs of wear like scratches and/or marks.

Fair/Used (below 8/10) These are heavily used items with significantly obvious wear and tear in the form of scratches and/or marks.

We rank our items with simple descriptions like New, Like-New, Excellent, Very Good, Good and Fair. All items were inspected, authenticated, and may or may not have minimal signs of handling. All items we sell are privately owned. We do not sell directly from the brands we post. 


All items are guaranteed authentic or we refund your money back. Due to increasing scams and fraud, we had to redouble our efforts in avoiding wrongful claims. Our money back guarantee is valid only up to 8 months of receipt of itemWe strongly advise that you do your due diligence and have your items authenticated yourself immediately after receipt. Please contact us as soon as possible if there are any issues so that we can promptly resolve it. 

If in any instance, the buyer disputes the AUTHENTIC verdict from our methods of authentication (please see our list below), we will honour our money-back guarantee within 8 months post-sale, and as long as the NOT AUTHENTIC or COUNTERFEIT opinion is verified by one of our preferred third-party authentication companies from the list below.

We will not accept verbal authentication opinions from boutique staff/managers as they are not trained, nor allowed to give such conclusion.

Please note that our "Gold Standard" for Chanel is from Zeko Authentication, and Bababebi for Hermes. An authentic verdict from each of these authenticators cannot be refuted by a lesser known authentication company or person. 

Our “Gold Standard” for all other brands is one (1) from Entrupy plus one (1) from our preferred authenticators. An authentic verdict from both cannot be refuted by a lesser known authentication company or person.

In cases of a refund, we will need the said item returned to us in the same condition, and with all the original inclusions, otherwise a refund will not be issued. 

Relisting new purchase:

We want our clients to be happy with their purchases, we do understand that some can change their mind and decide not to keep the item they bought from us. We can help with reselling with no commission for the first 30days,  a $250 restocking fee will be applied. If the item does not sell within 30 days, then it will fall under our Consignment agreement with a discounted rate. Please be informed that if your item is still on a payment plan, it remains your responsibility to pay the balance on or before the due date. Failure to complete payment by this deadline will result in the cancellation of the sale transaction. As outlined in our policy, there will be no refunds in such cases.


Some items posted are located in our partner shops. Although all items we sell go through processing in our Ontario facility prior to delivery to Buyer. We ship items from Ontario. Once item is received, we inspect and authenticate in-house using Entrupy and/or other 3rd party authentication partners. All items that are pre-order or purchased from our other shops go through multiple authentication before we deliver to client. Items sold that is located in our other location might take 1-3 weeks processing prior to shipping.
