Shipping Policy
All items purchased through our website are shipped with insurance coverage. Shipping and insurance fees are calculated and added at checkout.
Please note that shipping insurance is not automatically included for items purchased through our other sales platforms unless otherwise stated. We strongly recommend securing all shipments with insurance coverage against loss, theft, or damage during transit.
We proudly ship worldwide. If shipping rates to your country or territory are not available at checkout, please contact us for a custom shipping quote.
International Orders & Customs
International orders may be subject to import duties, customs fees, taxes, tariffs, brokerage fees, and other charges determined by your country’s customs regulations. These charges are the sole responsibility of the purchaser.
Please familiarize yourself with your country’s import laws and customs policies prior to placing an order.
Customs inspections, holds, delays, seizures, or clearance issues are outside of our control. We are not responsible for parcels delayed, held, or seized by customs authorities.
If duties, taxes, or customs-related charges are refused or unpaid by the recipient, any resulting charges billed back to LeidiDonna Luxe by the shipping carrier — including return shipping, brokerage fees, customs charges, storage fees, penalties, or related expenses — may remain the responsibility of the purchaser.
Even if a carrier releases a package prior to collecting customs charges from the recipient, the recipient remains responsible for those charges.
We do not issue refunds, store credits, or exchanges for:
- refused shipments
- unpaid customs or duty charges
- abandoned packages
- customs-seized parcels
- returned shipments resulting from failure to pay import fees
Shipping & Delivery
Please monitor your tracking information closely and ensure someone is available to receive and sign for the package if required.
Once a shipment has been handed over to the carrier, LeidiDonna Luxe is not responsible for loss, theft, damage, delays, or carrier-related delivery issues. However, we will gladly assist clients in submitting eligible insurance claims when applicable.

Processing Times
Some merchandise may be located at our partner locations in Hong Kong, Singapore, Australia, the United States, or within Canada. Items sourced from outside Canada may require approximately 1–3 weeks for processing prior to shipment, though delays may occasionally occur due to international logistics or customs processing.
Orders are shipped to clients from our Ontario location whenever possible to help reduce shipping costs and minimize customs processing for Canadian customers.
