Financing Plans & Layaway Policy

 

At LeidiDonna Luxe Inc., we offer flexible payment solutions to help make luxury more attainable. Please review the terms below carefully before proceeding with a payment plan.

In-House Layaway (0% Interest)

We offer interest-free layaway plans on eligible items.

Deposit & Term Options:

  • 20% deposit for up to 4 weeks

  • 25% deposit for up to 8 weeks

  • 30% deposit for up to 12 weeks

Some luxury items may be eligible for a longer layaway term beyond 12 weeks.
Contact us to inquire if you need an extended plan.

How It Works:

  • A deposit secures the item.

  • The balance (including any applicable shipping fees) must be paid in full by the due date.

  • While monthly payments are encouraged, they are not required—as long as the full balance is paid on time.

Delivery:
We will ship your item only after full payment is received and confirmed.

Layaway Terms & Late Payment Policy

  • The Buyer is responsible for making payments on time and for notifying us of any delay.

  • A late payment penalty of $25 per day or $150 per week applies starting the day after the final due date.

  • A short extension of up to 4 weeks may be requested, with late fees continuing to accrue during this period.

  • If the Buyer fails to complete the layaway without communication or reasonable effort right after the due date:

    • All payments made will be forfeited.

    • The item will be relisted for sale.

Change of Mind After Full Payment?

If you've completed your payment but wish to sell the item through us instead:

  • A $250 restocking fee applies to most items.

  • A $500 restocking fee applies to Hermès Birkin, Kelly, or Constance bags.

  • This option is valid only within 30 days after the sale is finalized. After that, a new Consignment Agreement must be signed. Review our Consignment Policy.

  • A deposit constitutes a binding agreement between you and LeidiDonna Luxe Inc.

  • All layaway payments are non-refundable, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

  • Items remain the property of LeidiDonna Luxe Inc. until full payment is received.

  • All fees including late penalties, restocking, and shipping must be settled before delivery.

  • We reserve the right to refuse or revoke financing arrangements in cases of non-payment, suspected fraud, or policy violations.
