Shipping Policy

We insure all items purchased through this website. Cost for package shipping and insurance are added at checkout.

Shipping and insurance is not included for items sold on our other platforms. We strongly recommend that our clients secure their packages from loss, theft and damage by purchasing insurance. 

We ship worldwide. Please email us to inquire on shipping fees/quotes to your country/territory if not shown at checkout.

All fees, customs, tax etc upon entry in your country/territory is buyer responsibility. Please be informed of your location's customs laws. 

Seized/held items at customs are not under our control.

We will not issue refunds/credit or exchanges for any items returned to us due to recipient's failure to pay or declining to pay customs/tax, or items held in customs.

Please track your package closely to make sure someone will sign and receive it. We are not held liable for lost, stolen, damaged, seized packages. We will help with submitting Insurance Claims with the insurance company if issues arises during shipping regarding loss, damage and theft. Please review the policies of the carrier of your package for more information.

Some of our merchandise are located in our other locations in HongKong, Singapore, Australia, US and within Canada. Sold merchandise that is located outside of Canada will need 1-3 weeks to process, at times can be longer due to shipping delays. We ship out to our clients from our Ontario location, this is so our clients save on shipping costs, and our Canadian clients will not have to deal with customs.
