We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

We do not offer refunds, credit or exchanges on all payments.

Please note that all items we sell were previously owned; may be used or unused. All items we sell are handled for inspection, authentication and photography. Unless otherwise stated, these items may not be in flawless condition. We strongly encourage our clients to know all pertinent information regarding the product prior to purchasing. We can provide more information upon request. Please be informed in full before proceeding with your purchase.

We will not entertain any complaints of minuscule flaws. Any product new or used, from the boutique or resale, if scrutinized to the smallest detail, will not be perfect and will have signs of handling or storage .

Sensitivity to smell varies from person to person. Some are more sensitive to smell, and others aren't. We will disclose any unpleasant smell if noticed.

Photos are taken with studio lighting, these photos and videos are unedited except for removing shadows, background etc. We do not make changes in the photos and video that will transfigure the product misleadingly. Colours and textures may look different in various lighting conditions, including computer and phone screens.

Restocking

We understand that clients can have second-thoughts or may not be completely satisfied with their new purchase. We can help resell the item you bought from us with a $250 restocking fee for 30 days. If not sold within 30 days the item will be under our consignment policy, with a discounted commission. If you are on a Layaway Plan, it is your still your financial responsibility to complete all payments.

Issues with your purchase, or damage to the package on transit

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if there is a problem with the item/shipment, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate and resolve the issue.

Authenticity

All items are guaranteed authentic or we refund your money back. Due to increasing scams and fraud, we had to redouble our efforts in avoiding wrongful claims. Our money back guarantee is valid only up to 8 months of receipt of itemWe strongly advise that you do your due diligence and have your items authenticated immediately after receipt.

If in any instance, the buyer disputes the AUTHENTIC verdict from our methods of authentication, we will honour our money-back guarantee within 8 months post-sale, and as long as the NOT AUTHENTIC or COUNTERFEIT opinion is verified by one of our preferred third-party authentication companies from our list.
