  • Our main office is in Guelph, Ontario, although we do not have a physical store.
  • We work with trusted Consignment businesses worldwide. This is how we are able to offer our clients a large inventory of coveted and often rare luxury items. Sometimes the items you see in our website and social media is under a Visual Consignment contract from our partners.
  • Visual Consigment is actually common-practice in the online resale market but not discussed openly. We at LeidiDonna Luxe believe in honesty and integrity and we are fully transparent with each transaction. For verification, the items sold through this system need further inspection and authentication in-house. We analyze each item personally before we deliver to the buyer from our Ontario office. This is a very secure method therefore the process can take anywhere from 1-3 weeks.
  • We sell items that are guaranteed authentic. Each item goes through an intensive multi-step process that starts in-house, followed by consulting with the top expert authenticators for the brands we carry.
  • All items we sell have a Financial Guarantee. If any of our items were deemed inauthentic by the authenticators on our list of trusted experts, we will refund your money back.
  • We accept cash, Interac, Paypal, Wise, Western Union, and all major credit cards. There will be processing fees added with credit card and Paypal payments.
    • Both. We are a Consignment Online Store. Our merchandise are preowned. Some items were gently worn and some were kept unused. Please note; Leididonna Luxe does not sell items with significant signs of wear.
    • We do our very best to be transparent and disclose all visible signs of use. Some flaws are too small to capture, and therefore sometimes missed. Buyers need to review all photos and videos since these form part of the item description. Please refer to our Product Representation and Rating. We are more than happy to provide more information.
    • Yes. Please visit our website, create an account, and go through the Available or Sold inventory, Click on the 🤍 symbol and this item will automatically be added to your Favourites List. We will notify you by email when the item goes back on sale. Alternatively, we also offer Sourcing Services. We can source most items with a small deposit that we will apply to your purchase.
    • We currently have a Rewards Program that benefits our repeat clients. All purchases made count towards accumulating points that then is applied to avail of discounts. Creating an account, signing up for our Newsletters, following our Social Media, and leaving us positive reviews on Google and Facebook will also earn points. 
    • We offer various Financing Plans: 1. In-house Layaway is offered up to 12 weeks with no interest and no fees added. Your purchased item is ready for delivery once fully paid. 2. Buy Now, Pay Later at the website checkout with Affirm, Humm or iFinance. Your purchased item will be delivered immediate
      while you pay these companies directly, upto 5 years term
    • It is the Buyer’s responsibility to pay us on time, or inform us of any payments made or delay in payments.
    • If the Buyer is unable to complete the Layaway Plan, a short extension (up to 4 weeks) can be made with a $150 weekly fee or $25 daily, following the day after balance is due. We forfeit all payments made if the Buyer did not make any reasonable efforts in fulfilling their Payment Plan obligations.

    • We understand that clients can have second-thoughts or may not be   completely satisfied with their new purchase. We can help resell the item you bought from us on a discounted rate and a $250 restocking fee - $500 for Hermes Birkin/Kelly/Constance; for clients who finalized their purchase but wants us to resell on their behalf.
    • This is only valid in the first 30days upon completion of sale, otherwise it will be under a new Consignment contract.
    • If you are on a Layaway Plan, it is your still your financial responsibility to complete all payments. Otherwise we will forfeit all payments made after the due date.
    • All items are Final Sale; this means no Refund, no Return, Exchange, or Store Credit. We only offer a full refund on items deemed counterfeit by one of our trusted authentication experts, please refer to our list of Authenticators on the Purchasing Policy page.
    • We accept new or gently used high-end luxury designers featured on our Home Page.
    • We have a free, no-obligation quote that is valid for 30 days. Our quotes are in Canadian dollars (CAD). We offer Consignment, Store Credit and Buy-out quotes
    • We reserve our buyout offers only for certain items that are popular within our clientele.
    • We do not charge a fixed rate. We ask the Consignor for the amount they want to get back after the sale. We then calculate our fees and taxes to be added on top of the asking price. If doable, we then accept the item/s to sell. Our commission on average can vary from 3% to 20% depending on the item and its sell-ability . Our minimum fee is $100 per item.
    • We pay our Consignor as we get paid by the buyer. We send payments through Etransfer, Paypal or Wise. We usually pay our Consignors in full earlier than the Layaway term.
    • Each consigned item is locked-in for a minimum of 60 days term, in which the Consignor can take the item back if it doesn’t sell. You can request for an extension of up to 120 days with a considerable reduction in the price. If your item is still unsold after the extension, the Consignor needs to make arrangements for a return.
    • For any unlikely instances of payment plan cancellation, the item in question will be relisted, and payout will be paused until a new buyer is found. We offer to complete the payout when the item is halfway paid.
    • If you want your item back before the contract expires, we will collect the authentication cost and $150 to $500 fee depending on the brand.
    • We do not condone counterfeit items. If you want your item returned, we will collect a fine of $300 to $500 depending on the brand, plus all authentication and shipping charges. Unretrieved items will be destroyed and disposed if not collected within 2 weeks.
    • We will negotiate a reduced payout for any minor undisclosed issues with your item. If the Consignor doesn’t accept the new payout, you can get your item back but with a fine due to the work we spent on your item. Significant signs of wear are not accepted.
    • We will consult with the Consignor before discounting. We will not make any reductions in the agreed payout without consent. In some cases you see your item being offered on sale and you were not notified, this means we decided to reduce our commission.
    • LeidiDonna Luxe Inc stores all consigned items in a secure, temperature and light-controlled facility. We handle all items carefully.
    • We ship worldwide as long as the below couriers can ship to your location: UPS, FedEx, Purolator, DHL etc.
    • All website sales are insured. Clients that purchase from our Social Media platforms are strongly advised to insure their packages. We will help with making insurance claims if issues arise during shipping. A refund will be issued as per the insurance claim outcome. Please ask us for more information prior to shipping.
    • You may or may not be charged customs and duties. We cannot predict if this situation will arise.
    • Unfortunately we will not accept any return and issue refunds in this scenario. We advise you to check your locations custom laws before purchasing.
