By completing a purchase through our website or affiliated selling platforms, you agree to the following terms and conditions. This policy is in place to ensure transparency, protect our clients, and maintain the integrity of our store.

All Sales Are Final

All items are sold as-is and are FINAL SALE. We do not offer refunds, exchanges, or store credit unless an item is proven to be not authentic. We take product representation very seriously and encourage all clients to request additional information before making a purchase.

Before buying, please:

  • Read the item description carefully

  • Examine all provided photos and videos

  • Ask for more photos, videos, or measurements if needed

The photos, videos, and written description together form the complete representation of the item.

All purchases are subject to confirmation and availability. Full payment must be received before shipping, unless purchased through our Buy Now, Pay Later Financing Plans.


Product Representation & Condition Grading

All of the items we sell are pre-owned, and may show light to moderate signs of use. We do not sell items directly from designer brands, and we are not affiliated with any brands listed.

Every item is:

  • Carefully inspected and authenticated by our team

  • Photographed using professional lighting

  • Presented as accurately as possible

Important Notes on Product Condition

  • Handling & Storage: All items are handled during inspection, authentication, photography, and packing. This may result in minimal signs of handling, even on unused items.

  • Condition Ratings: We provide a 10-point scale (with sub-grades) and a descriptive condition label. You’ll find this rating in each product listing.

  • Expectations: All new or used designer items — even those bought directly from boutiques — may have small imperfections when inspected very closely.

  • Scents: Odour sensitivity is subjective. If we detect any strong or unpleasant scent, we will disclose it in the listing.

Microscopic imperfections, minor signs of handling, or minor scent-related complaints will not qualify for return or refund.

Color & Appearance Disclaimers

  • All photos are taken under professional lighting with no alterations that misrepresent the item.

  • Shadows or backgrounds may be edited for clarity, but the item itself is shown as-is.

  • Color, texture, and hardware tone may appear different depending on the lighting environment and your screen settings.


Condition & Grading

We use both a numerical rating system and a descriptive label to assess each item’s condition. Please see the item's listing for its specific rating.

10/10 Brand New – Never used, flawless
9.7–9.9 Unused – Stored but never carried
9.5–9.6 Almost New – Barely used, near perfect
9.2–9.4 Excellent A – Light signs of use, no major flaws
9.0–9.1 Excellent B – Gently used, minor marks
8.7–8.9 Great – Light overall wear
8.5–8.6 Very Good – Noticeable use but well-maintained
8.2–8.4 Good – Regular wear, visible marks
Below 8 Fair/Used – Obvious wear, heavily used

We do not guarantee flawlessness, even for new or like-new items, as natural handling occur during inspection and photography.


Money-Back Guarantee – Up to 8 Months After Purchase

If you believe your item is not authentic, you have up to 8 months from the date you receive the item to submit a claim. This extended window gives you ample time to verify your purchase with your authenticator of choice (from our approved list below).

To qualify for a refund:

  1. Notify us immediately upon discovering the concern.

  2. Provide a written report or digital certificate from one of our approved third-party authentication companies clearly stating that the item is "Not Authentic" or "Counterfeit".

  3. Return the item in the same condition you received it, with all original packaging, documentation, and inclusions.

Once we receive the item and verify the report, we will issue a full refund via your original method of payment. Please review our Refund Policy.

📌 Important:
  • Claims submitted after 8 months from the delivery date will not be eligible for a refund.
  • We do not accept verbal claims, boutique staff opinions, or unsupported statements.
  • We reserve the right to deny claims supported by unrecognized or unlisted authentication providers.

Approved Authenticators

To ensure fairness and consistency, we only accept findings from the following:

  • Zeko Authentication (Chanel)

  • Bababebi (Hermès)

  • Entrupy (multiple brands)

  • ProAuthenticators (Louis Vuitton)

  • Real Authentication, Authenticate First, Legit Check, Legit Grails (multiple designer and fine jewelry brands)

You are welcome to contact these providers directly to verify their processes and reputation.


Change of Mind / Re-Selling

We understand that buyers sometimes change their minds. If this happens:

  • We offer free consignment for 30 days from the original date of purchase

  • A $250 restocking fee applies

  • After 30 days, items fall under our standard consignment agreement at a discounted payout rate; please see our Consignment Policy

If you are on a payment plan, the full balance remains due even if you opt to resell. Failure to complete payment will result in cancellation with no refund.

Shipping & Fulfillment

We ship from Ontario, Canada, unless otherwise stated. Some inventory is stored in partner locations but is processed in-house before delivery.

Processing Time:

  • In-stock items: 3–5 business days

  • Pre-orders or off-site stock: 7-10 business days

All items are insured and require signature on delivery. Buyers are responsible for customs or import duties where applicable. Please review our Shipping Policy

  • This policy is governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada

  • All disputes must be resolved in the courts of Ontario

  • We encourage good faith communication and third-party mediation before pursuing legal action
